How This Course Works
Learn A New Chord Each Week
Our Basic-Level Musicians Course grants you 12 weeks to everything you need to sound better quickly. For 8 of the 12 weeks, we will teach you a new chord or movement that you can easily use in worship. Each week you will be guided through pre-recorded videos and live class training.
If you struggle because you only have basic sounding chords, you will get quick results with this course. We will challenge you to grow, while guiding you toward that growth with concise, detailed instructions.
Apply These Chords To Songs You Currently Play
We aren't breaking down your bad habits in this course, we are teaching you new concepts that you can use immediately. The goal of this course is to fast track your growth by adding to the knowledge you currently have. We will help you learn new ideas and demonstrate how you can add these new ideas to songs you already know. This will give you results quicker than normal because you're only learning a single new idea at a time!
Learn As A Community
Our 12 weeks course allows you to work on the material at the exact same time as other members of our community. Use our community page to helps you learn, share, and grow with your friends. Meet on the community page via our built in live video features to shed with other members of our community. This allows the stronger members on our website to help the weaker members. I'm Casper Corder
At 19 years old, I came to the Lord and started my journey on piano, keyboard, and organ. I spent years relentlessly practicing and learning as much as I could from everyone I met. Within 4-5 years I was able to play for churches by myself. (If I had a website like Preach and Play, I believe I could have reached the same point in half the time.
At the age of 33, I fully accepted my call to the ministry and started evangelizing under the name, "Kingdom Come Ministries". At the age of 38, I planted a church and started pastoring in Smyrna Tn. We have since moved to Murfreesboro TN and are truly reaching souls for Christ.
I have over 25 years of experience in music and ministry. I've been there, I've done that. I'm a good musician and I'm an even better teacher. I know all styles of worship piano, keyboard, and organ.
I know firsthand the struggle of dealing with church folk, song selection, and musical development. I look forward to helping you grow on Preach and Play.
